Makeup Advise….??
i have light skin,big medium dark blue eyes,freckles,some acne, long but kinda thin lashes,rose-bud lips,and kinda pale cheeks…
what would be a good makeup routine for a 13 year old? and what products would be best on a low budget? thnx..

omg we are twins! I have light skin, medium dark blue eyes, freckles, some acne, long but kinda thin lashes, rose-bud lips, and kinda pale cheeks!!!!!!! I think we were separated at birth. Anyways, I would normally suggest Sephora but since you’re on a budget I’ll go for some products that are available at drugstores. A good daily make-up routine for a 13 year old would consist of mascara, a light cover-up, lip gloss, and if you’d like; eyeliner. Since you are younger, you want natural products that won’t irritate you. For mascara, I’d suggest Origins. It’s a natural company and I use it and it makes my lashes so pretty. For a light cover-up I would suggest something that isn’t pore-clogging because sometimes cover-up can create more acne. Try Neutrogena. For lip gloss, since you’re young you’re probably going to want something that will stay. Try a lipstain; it’s pretty and lasts throughout the whole day. If you’re going to use a liner, I’d suggest a soft tip not a hard pencil because sometimes those hurt. Try Maybelline Unstoppable. Remember to wash your face every night or else you could get more pimples. And if you do forget, wash it the next morning very precisely. I hope this helped.

i am 13, and i use cover up on my zits and piples, then powder foundation, then eyeliner, the mascara, then if its a ugly day i wear some shiny eyeshadow. use blue eyeliner to bring out ur eyes.

i would use
- light liquid foundation (fair)
- taupe, gray, violet, purple, deep blue (a darker shade than your eye color makes your eyes really blue), black (mix it with bright blue for a smoky effect)
-revolon mascara (black) for long full lashes
-depends wat ur wearing but dark lip stick for dark clothes like dark reds , browns,ect, pinks for light colors , or it all fails clear lip gloss works for nething and is cheap and looks great
-very very very light pinkish blush just a dab

No makeup at all. Natural tends to look the best. Trust me, I’m sixteen, and I’m not dying with out makeup.

you can use foudation, but since you’re 13 that’s not crucial. the best type is revlon, if you’re on a really tight budget skip the foundation cause it tends to cost a lot and you’d need to buy the applyers (or you can use your fingers, that’s what I do)
For eyes, you can use eyeliner, it will bring out your blue eyes and make them look more intense. Again, this is not crucial if you’re 13. The BEST eyeliner is Shisedo, but it’s very hard to find. Revlon high dimension eyeliner works well, too, and isn’t very expensive.
Mascara I’d have to say is important. I use Mabeline Full ‘n’ Soft Waterproof Mascara, it makes my lashes look very lux.
For eyeshadow I’d get a tablet with a lot of colors, they usually go cheep. Urban decay has really nice ones, but it’s abit expensive. I’d recommend MAC if you want something cheaper.
For lips just use a regular gloss, or balm. I acually use petroleum jelly and it gives me an amazing shine and it feels really soft and great.

I have to agree with just about all the answers and say that mascara is one item you must have, especially with blue eyes. Even without eyeshadow it will make you look fabulous and will have people wondering how you look so good wthout makeup. Stick with lipgloss, at 13 alot of lipcolor does not look so great.

Alright, since you are 13, I wouldn’t advise all over foundation on your face……you could use it if your acne is bad one day or something, but you have to make sure it is the perfect shade. Foundation tends to be more expensive, but if you are going to splurge on something, defenitly go for the foundation, it makes all the difference in the world. If you are like me, foundation can be a bit heavy, so you could also use a tinted moisterizer, or make your own using your regular moisterizer and a samll dab of foundation. Use the foundation to cover any blemishes that you may have. Try to avoid light concealer for blemishes, as they tend to make them stand out rather than hide. Use a translucent powder on your t-zone only(forehead, nose, chin) so you don’t lose your natural glow.
I think a mascara would be good too. I have long, thin lashes too, and I use Covergirl Lashblast mascara. It works wonderful, my favorite by far. If you want a very very natural look, try Neutrogena Clean lash tint. Its great for those days when you don’t want to look too made up.
Some eyeliner will make your eyes pop if you apply the right way. If you want a really nice, clean, fresh look, apply a shimmery brown liquid liner to your top lash line. I use Wet ‘n’ Wild liquid liner. Its smooth and the color is perfect. If you want a more smouldering look, however, use you liquid liner on the top, and use a shimmery dark brown or rust and use a brush to blend along liquid line. blend a little inder the very corner of the bottom lash line too. So pretty, but not too dramatic or made up.
Eyeshadow is best at any age natural. I like a shimmery vanilla or white.
Lip gloss is perfect for any age, whenever. I like CG wetslicks……they are inexpensive so you can by a bunch of shades!
Its up to you if you want to use a blush or not. I like the cream formulas, but if you choose to use them, make sure they are oil-free, so they wouldn’t mess your skin up and cause blemishes. If you have oily skin, use a powder blush for sure. I honestly don’t use blush, so I don’t know what brand are good!

I’m 14 & I use mabelline pure makeup, the foundation is shine free. Then I put on the shine free powder. I use a little blush 2 give my cheeks color , & then I put on whatever lip gloss best matches my outfit.It’s funny- you where pretty much describing me , I have light skin ,freckles blue eyes , & a little acne 2.I don’t wear make up on my eyes except a little mascera sometimes. There’s some eye makeup called bring out the blue that would probobly make your eyes look really pretty.

nuetregena, & bare minerals dont clog pores, and bare minerals os cheap and yuo can buy it @ SEPHORA , light pink lip gloss is cute . <3
